United Personnel Earns Prestigious Best of Staffing® Award for 2018

Each year, the top staffing agencies in the United States and Canada earn Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Award if they can prove superior service quality. The competition is intense, and agencies cannot win the award without stellar ratings from the hiring professionals and job candidates with whom they work.

This year, United Personnel is proud to announce we have earned the 2018 Best of Staffing® Award for both talent (candidates) and clients for providing remarkable service quality throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. Fewer than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the U.S. and Canada earned the award for service excellence this year, and we are honored to be part of this elite group!

How did we win?

Inavero, a leading provider of satisfaction surveys for many industries, with a focus on staffing and accounting firms, uses a three-step process identify superior service

Step One begins when Inavero sends an electronic satisfaction survey to the staffing agency’s clients and job candidates. The survey asks them to rate the agency on a scale from 0-10 based on their most recent experience and asks how likely they are to recommend the agency to a friend or colleague.

During Step Two, the ratings are collected, and each staffing agency’s survey responses are calculated and validated by a third-party research firm and by the competition administrator, Inavero.

Step Three entails Inavero determining the minimum satisfaction score that staffing agencies must earn to be awarded Best of Staffing. It’s worth noting that each year the minimum score required to win the client and talent satisfaction has been significantly higher than the industry average across the board.
