Will United Personnel provide me with benefits between assignments?

Your bonuses are based on the hours you have worked, and you are eligible to receive them once you have met the required number of hours and notified your staffing consultant. [See Employee Handbook for details.]

If you are enrolled in our health insurance plan, but not currently on assignment and wish to continue your health insurance benefits, you may apply for COBRA coverage. United Personnel will make a contribution while you are currently working, but not while you are covered under COBRA.

Are you a temp agency?

While we do place employees on a temporary or contract basis — including for large volume clients — that is only one aspect of our placement services. We also recruit highly qualified candidates for direct hire positions, including at the executive level.
